Aldolase Blood Test

ALDOLASE: Measures the level of aldolase, an enzyme involved in breaking down sugars for energy, in your blood. Elevated leverls can indicate muscle damage or disorders such as muscular dystrophy, myositis, or other conditions affecting skeletal muscles. It may also be used to assess liver health, as aldolase is present in the liver.
