The NHS Contraceptive Pill Repeat Supply service allows patients to manage and continue their regular contraception safely and locally at Gees Chemist.
To ensure safe dispensing, the external pre-consultation questionnaire must be filled out before any booking request can be submitted. Every booking request needs to be accompanied by your complete patient details, including your Full Name, Full Address with Postcode, Date of Birth, and NHS Number.
Once the pharmacy team reviews your booking request alongside your completed questionnaire, we will decide to accept or decline the appointment, and you will be notified based on that decision.
