Albumin Blood Test

ALB: Measures the level of albumin, a protein made by the liver, in your blood. Albumin helps maintain fluid balance in your blood vessesls and transports hormones, vitamins, and other substances. Low leverls may indicate liver disease, kidney problems, or malnutrition, while high leverls are less common but may be linked to dehydration.
