The NHS Emergency Contraception service at Gees Chemist provides urgent, safe, and entirely confidential care following contraceptive failure or unprotected sex.
To maintain the highest clinical standards, the comprehensive assessment questionnaire must be completely filled out before any booking request can be submitted. This form logs critical timing indicators (within 72 hours, 73–120 hours, or more than 120 hours), medical questions regarding breastfeeding, recent births, or allergies, and key physical metrics like height and weight.
Once your detailed request and completed questionnaire are received, our pharmacy team will review the submissions to decide whether to accept or decline the appointment, ensuring you receive the most appropriate urgent care.
